Strato Factory

We currently employ over 140 people, including a team of 24 engineers, at our facilities in New Jersey, New York and China.

Our highly innovative team of engineers work to improve the existing product line and to design new products that exceed current performance expectations and solve industry-wide problems. Strato offers on-site engineering consulting services to assist customers with special projects and challenges.

Our Research and Development lab and test facilities located within the plant are equipped to simulate real world conditions.

While maintaining multi-million dollar inventory in warehouses throughout North America, Strato offers next day shipping on most items. Each of these value added services enable Strato to deliver the best products in the market today.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Strato's motto, "Exceed the Need", extends beyond our product line.  Several cross-functional teams implement and manage programs to reduce our carbon footprint, develop safety initiatives, and support our community through charity programs.

In 2011, we installed solar panels at corporate headquarters, generating up to 60% of our energy needs for production in New Jersey.  Other carbon reducing programs include controlling the HVAC system to conserve energy; recycling corrugated, metal chips, scrap metal, paper and cans; using biodegradable coolant, polishing additives and de-rust solutions in our manufacturing processes.

Employees are encouraged to use reusable coffee mugs, lunch containers, and dining utensils instead of one-time use items.  Containers to collect recyclable materials are conveniently located throughout the building.

Our safety committee oversees our C.P.R. and First Aid Training Program; safety training, manuals and signage to protect workers from injury and accidents.

A charity committee organizes food, clothing, holiday toy, and blood drives to support the community.  Strato sponsors employee participation in other charity events during the year, including the annual Muck-Fest for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, and March of Dimes Walk.

It is our philosophy of continual improvement that drives us to seek new opportunities in our products and services, as well as our commitment to our community.
